1. Exercise and condition racehorses according to established training and conditioning programs
2. Ride horses daily to maintain fitness, endurance, and performance standards
3. Assist in carrying out animal husbandry activities related to the care and conditioning of racehorses
4. Observe horses during exercise to identify signs of illness, injury, or behavioral changes and report concerns to the trainer or supervisor
5. Assist in implementing feeding and hydration programs as directed
6. Groom, saddle, and prepare horses before exercise and cool them down after workouts
7. Follow all safety, animal welfare, and bio-security procedures while handling and riding horses
8. Maintain basic records related to horse training, exercise schedules, and performance
9. Assist with stable maintenance, including cleaning stalls and maintaining training and riding equipment
10. Support breeding, training, and livestock management activities as required
