· At least 2 to less than 3 years of working as a baker or related field.
Duties:
· Keeping records relatives to deliveries, inventory and production levels.
· Prepares and bakes breakfast pastries, bread, donuts, muffins and some desserts
· Measures or weigh flour or other ingredients to prepare batters, dough, fillings or whipped cream using scales or graduated containers.
· Decorate baked goods like cream pies and other pastries using pastry bags and other tools.
· Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bakery area, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
