About the Company:
RMD Roofing Ltd. is a roofing contractor providing residential and commercial roofing services across British Columbia. We are currently looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Roofer Helpers.
Job Duties:
Load, unload, and transport roofing materials and tools.
Assist roofers with the installation, repair, and replacement of roofs.
Remove old roofing materials and debris from work sites.
Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment.
Clean and prepare roof surfaces.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Support roofers with measuring, cutting, and placing materials.
Requirements:
Secondary education
Previous construction or roofing experience is an asset but not required.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Work Conditions:
Physically demanding
Working at heights
Outdoor work in various weather conditions
Language:
Basic English required.
