We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Finishing Carpenter with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The right candidate will have a solid background in crown moulding, baseboards, feature walls, custom cabinetry, and ceiling designs. You must be comfortable reading blueprints and leading a crew of 3–4 team members on-site. A strong working knowledge of hand-held, electric, and air-powered tools is essential.
Main Duties:
Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
Measure cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
Install crown moulding, baseboards, feature walls, and other custom trim with accuracy and attention to detail.
Build and install custom-made cabinets and ceiling features based on project blueprints.
Interpret and work from architectural drawings and blueprints.
Operate and maintain a variety of hand tools, electric tools, and pneumatic (air-powered) tools.
Ensure all work meets quality standards, job specifications, and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
