Job Description

We are looking for a  Chef, that has worked previously in Greek restaurant to take over this full time (at least 32 hours) position

Duties:

• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff
• Create new recipes
• Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
• Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
• Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
• Recruit and hire staff

The Chef will be supervising the rest of the staff and ensuring the recipes are prepared accordingly.
